If Someone Doesn’t Follow the Code
We want everyone to feel safe, respected, and welcomed at Spartans.
If someone does not follow the Code of Behaviour:
- They may be spoken to by a coach, manager, or committee member.
- They may be asked to take a break or leave the court or venue.
- The issue may be reviewed by the Spartans Committee.
- Ongoing or serious behaviour may lead to suspension or removal from the club.
Our goal is always to solve problems calmly, fairly, and with respect.
Have a question, want to provide feedback or raise a complaint?
- If possible, it is best to speak with your team’s coach and/or manager in the first instance.
- If you are not satisfied with the response, they are unable to assist you or you have a question, you can speak to Jess, our Spartans Complaints and Feedback contact.
